Delete your Ahwal e Shahkot account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — in the App
- Open Ahwal e Shahkot and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — without the App
Send a deletion request to salmanmalhig@gmail.com or on WhatsApp to +92 316 0623838. Write the email address or phone number of your account. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request from that email or number. Requests are completed within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, profile photo, saved location and notification token.
- Your listings, job posts and job applications.
- Your Open Chat messages and direct messages.
- Your blood donor profile and rishta profile (including photos).
- Your doctor appointments, notifications, blocks and reports.
If you are also registered as a rider, doctor, service provider or business, mention it in your request and we will remove that profile and its documents too.
What may be kept
- News posts you published may stay visible without your name.
- Payment confirmations may be kept where needed to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
- Copies in routine backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
